Working together with Earl Kendrick surveyors we developed Survaey.io
As a start-up the Survaey team required careful thinking around solving very specific problems in managing large image datasets with high resolution. Surveyors gathering and organising complex image data set around property defects required Survaey to deliver easy to navigate User Interface that hides very complex files and folder management tasks yet provides sophisticated drone surveying projects .
Delivering complex reports was another requirement where the reports needed to be interactive and informative to allow management to make fast decisions to expensive property changes. Our team worked on this project for over 18 months to deliver a web responsive application with AWS cloud instance in production environment. This application can handle millions of high resolution project based image files with edge function compressing images in real-time to deliver report quickly.
